why combine?
Throughout the healing process particularly related to Neurofeedback, as the brain begins to redirect itself, while simultaneously processing the subconscious it is not uncommon for some of the patterns, memories, and experiences stored within the subconscious and body to reveal themselves. This a decompression stage in which there is an unfolding, before finally expressing and releasing what has been stored and stuck.
Intro 4 Week program
Neurofeedback & 1:1 Support
The intro package is a great way to incorporate both Neurofeedback and Integrative 1:1 support. This 4 week program includes 4 Neurofeedback sessions and 4 Integrative healing sessions. We will meet once a week for 4 weeks. Sessions are 90 minutes long.
This package is an integrative, comprehensive, balanced approach combining methodologies based in neurobiology, blended with an intuitive and energetic exploration as we begin to look at physiological, mental, spiritual and emotional states and their underlying root causes with additional and safe nervous system support.
