FAQs

i feel tired after a neurofeedback session. is that normal?

Yes! It is very normal to feel tired after a session, especially in the beginning. This is actually a great response as it is showing the parasympathetic nervous system is activated, which allows the body to go into a deep state of relaxation and healing.

what are the breaks in sound during the neurofeedback session?

The sound interruptions or blips that occur occur when it picks up n brain activity that falls outside of range. By doing so, it interacts with the nervous system in a way that improves neural plasticity and reinforces the brain to redirect the conscious and unconscious patterning that falls outside of optimal range. When brain activity shows signs of turbulence, the music within the software is momentarily interrupted.

how many sessions of neurofeedback will i need?

Each person is different and therefore will have their own unique response. It is highly recommended to start with at least 10 sessions as consistent as possible to gage each persons response.

your body and mind are ready to heal.
