1:1 Integrative sessions.

Brittney has a gift in creating space for others to express themselves, particularly in areas they otherwise did not feel safe enough to do so.

1:1 Integrative Sessions are an integrative, comprehensive, balanced approach combining methodologies based in neurobiology, blended with an intuitive and energetic exploration as we begin to look at physiological, mental, spiritual and emotional states and their underlying root causes.

Integrative sessions begin with an unraveling of identifying areas that are currently most important and prominent for the individual. This may include where you may be feeling stuck, where there is a sense of dis-ease, or where you just may not be feeling like yourself.

This is followed by a neurofeedback session to help activate the parasympathetic nervous system and activate a dominant theta/alpha brain wave activity, while simultaneously processing the subconscious and automatic responses that have formed over the years.

Following the Neurofeedback session we explore what came up and what was experienced during your session. This allows us to provide additional support and reinforcement to the nervous system so that integration can take place. A mini energy session is then offered to reinforce any changes, and to also ensure you feel grounded and centred with a new found sense of clarity and assurance within yourself.

Every disharmony within the body, mind and spirit is rooted in an entry point of pain. As we work together we will begin to unravel the thread in a safe, self directed pace to explore the conscious and unconscious parts yourself.

This is for anyone who is looking for a true comprehensive , multifaceted experience. Please note I only work with those who are feeling guided to and willing to do the work and cultivate a deeper level of self awareness.
